Neat and tidy, best location which is just a walking distance to UN headquarters, grand central , Times Square and many more. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice, big room (for NYC). Very kind staff who let me check in early. Coffeemaker in the room which is a big bonus. Location was central enough. Very comfortable beds, my room was very quiet so I slept very well. Bar downstairs looked inviting, but I didn't try it.

Taxi service from airport a real bonus and a selling point for us. Easy access to elevator. Location excellent for exploring city. Very helpful, pleasant staff. Not disturbed by city noise as bedroom backed onto quiet street. Would recommend to friends and family. Hope to return.

Staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to respond to my situation. Rooms were cleaned well and regularly.

The hotel was a real find The staff was friendly and helpful They seemed to want me to be pleased. Although not a small hotel, it had the feel of a friendly small town The location was great, I could walk to Grand Central., and the convenience by cab to and from La Guardia was great A restaurant or coffee sho would be nice

Lovely room, a little worn but quite large compared to other NYC hotels, close enough to the subway and easy river ferry. The only issue we had was with our bathroom sink leaking and the shower drain not draining so the tub filled up with water while we showered.

The location was excellent for a UN staff. I liked that it was more spacious than many other NYC hotels
