Westgate New York Grand Central

This was a perfect stay, location of the hotel is great, near Grand Central and in walking distance from some of the main attractions in Manhattan, which was very convenient. I booked a room with balcony, it was on the 16th floor and it was absolutely stunning. Room was clean and spacious, there was also a coffee machine and small refrigerator. Bed was super comfy. Hotel staff was always very kind and helpful, they provide you 2 bottles of water per day. I was a bit worried after reading some mixed reviews but I just really enjoyed my stay there and it fulfilled my expectations. I can only recommend booking a room in this hotel. Also it was surprisingly quiet, when in the room you can't really hear anything from the street. And room was cleaned every day, which I really liked.

Taxi service from airport a real bonus and a selling point for us. Easy access to elevator. Location excellent for exploring city. Very helpful, pleasant staff. Not disturbed by city noise as bedroom backed onto quiet street. Would recommend to friends and family. Hope to return.

Staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to respond to my situation. Rooms were cleaned well and regularly.

Location, cleanliness

The hotel was a real find The staff was friendly and helpful They seemed to want me to be pleased. Although not a small hotel, it had the feel of a friendly small town The location was great, I could walk to Grand Central., and the convenience by cab to and from La Guardia was great A restaurant or coffee sho would be nice
